Official 'I got a Wii' thread

I just received my Wii about two hours ago, I was suppose to get up in approx. 5 hours to stand in line at TRU, but something made me think to call Walmart, I did and guess what, they had it so rushed out there and picked it up. Got a extra control and nunchuck. So far I've only been able to play Wii sports, planning to rent a few games one Blockbusters opens up. So far I like it ok, real verdict will be when I have actually played some real games besides Wii sports.

I bought my Wii using WiiHunt.com when it said Target had them in stock. I called a few of the stores just to be sure, the first person that answered said they didn't have them, then I asked to be transferred to the Electronics Department, and they confirmed they had them. There's also a website called SearchWorm.com which is giving away a Wii this month along with other prizes.

got mine after waiting in line, by myself..., at walmart last night for three hours. It was well worth it. I love it and used a lot of the advice I got from this forum to get it. thanks guys! what games should i get?

nooo...i bought it with my own money...i woke up on 12/29/06 and called my local gamestop and they said they had three left so i ran there as fast as i could...(there was no one at home)...and they had two left and so i finally managed to get one after weeks of searching!
