Anyway the bg is good, the render is very blurred, try to sharpen the sig.

The render is too blurry because you shrunk it too much. I have the one myself and I know it's huge. Also, that render really lends itself to pop-out sigs and you just sticking it in there really messes up the depth. Also, the background's a little boring...
