I like it except the focal is blurred more than the background (and of course the text). The thing about text is that when you think you're not good at it, you're not.

I used to be like, "What the friggin' hell do I do with text?!" I never really got criticized on it, but I still felt unsure and I knew it wasn't great (which is wasn't). The thing about text is that you have to act like your a pro at it. What I basically do with every sig is...

• Click on the text button and make a large text box.
• Choose the "Century Gothic" font (should be a default on any computer).
• Find a size you think fits (bigger if there's a lot of blank space, but generally 16 or lower).
• Move it around till you like the placement.
• Try different fonts and see if you find one that suits your sig better, at this point a lot of things may change (possibly all the previous 3 steps).
• Lower the opacity to a point you can see it, but it doesn't ruin the attraction of your focal(s).

That's basically my crash-course to text, and it's worked pretty well so far. :| Hopefully that helps you.

Another thing I want to add is that you generally don't want to put effects on the text, remember, unless it's your focal, you don't want it to stand out too much. Finally, TEXT IS NOT NECESSARY. So many people are like, "Oh em gee where teh feck do I put the uber text whu???" Look at my sig, text isn't needed. It would be ruined had I put text on it, so I just left it off.

That being said...a lot of sigs do look good with text, especially when you're beginning. It's good to get in the habit of using text as a tool and not fearing it. :/

And yeah man, no prob. Appreciate the appreciation, I'm glad. Text is something you should keep in mind throughout the whole process of making your sig, helps me anyway. But, who am I? Right? :lol:

Is this better dull and boring seizure boy .

On your sig I think you need to blend it more. The render and the bg just don't gel for me color wise. Don't know what it is, but hey at least it doesn't make me seizure. loser .
