On the layers screen, select that layer, then change the opacity on it, thats the simple way

Popert, I would suggest the following:

Move to a deserted island (with working electricity and wi-fi, of course), focus solely on the arts of Photoshop Sigs, master them, come back and show us how you want back in. Also, show us the damn PSD.'s...

Or just post your sigs, we will critique them fairly. (or I will..)

How would he know where his brother stole the signatures from? I'm sorry but there are 100's of signature and or gfx websites so they could have been stolen from anywhere.
