Made it in Photoshop, added a little "pornographic blur" (where you put another layer of the image and blur it, then change the opacity)

If you wouldn't have said that there were two C4Ds I couldn't have never guessed, it looks all brushes in the bg.

You gave the wind filter to the render??
At least it looks like you gave, and it doesn't look good imo..
The bg seems to be kinda plain. And the text is horrible, it's in a bad position, it's big, and I don't like the font tbh.
