I definitely prefer the second one. I don't like video Sigs that much.
The background is good, but I think that you can add to it.
The text is a bit big and may need to be placed in a better position.

Here's one I made today. I kinda like it myself, but I wasn't paying close enough attention so the lines of the Zangoose became all too red I think.. What do you think?

It looks very nice. To center it (like above), highlight the link and hit the center button (second button to the right of the Underline button).
