Well I don't think that's possible... Time to run some calculations!

EDIT: Ran Calculations, a max Sp. Attack Mewtwo should be doing 21.53%-25.25% damage to a 252/252 Sp. Def Mew assuming Mew has 31 Ivs in HP and Sp. Def and Mewtwo has a 0 IV in Sp. Attack

Although I find this Mew to unlikely be of a +Sp. Def Nature and have flawless Hp and Sp. Def Iv's...
