When the arrow points a particular direction for you to slash your sword for the death blow, sometimes no matter which direction you might swing the slash will take place. Since I am playing on easiest mode maybe I'm getting a break. Is the slash more picky on the difficult settings or will the slash work mo matter which direction?

No...I experience the same thing. I think that the development team didn't want to be too picky with the direction the motion occurs. If the direction was too tedious then the game wouldn't have been as smooth as it is today. If you play with the sensor bar on top of the television the direction is a little more picky, but with it on the bottom it really does it everytime.

I didn't notice this, mine seemed pretty keen on what direction was supposed to be met. I swung the opposite way once and it didn't work and almost got me killed :lol:
