Let me give you an example. You rate Mario Galaxy. Based on this rating it tells you what games match your tastes.They reccomend titles. Im pretty sure it doesnt let you see how other people rated the game and there is definetly no reviews. Just video clips, DS demos, gamepages and this rating feature.
