Ok, first, You CANNOT sue Nintendo. You will probably lose money. Nintendo has put warnings everywhere, they offered FREE replacement straps, wut else do you want. It's not their fault you ignored their warnings or didnt get the replacement strap. My point: Nintendo is not responsible for the stupidity of gamers. And I kind of think it would be funny if i hit one of my friends with a wiimote. That would teach 'em!

I ordered four new wrist straps in the pseudo-recall. Not because I'm the least bit worried about my TV, but because those are really nice wrist straps and they emailed me a form to get four of them free.
