Is anyone else having this problem with the new straps? i've got 2 already unthreading. You think Nintendo will send me new ones if I email them the problem?

The straps shouldn't be getting damaged tbh dry putting them in a Dry spot. I dunno if they'll replace them if they are all ready the new ones... Should do if you explain with pictures etc

i emailed them and they are sending 2 new ones out. customer service is on point. ya im not sure how they started to unthread just was playing one day and saw them all messed up weird.

probably cause the rushed out the new straps.. thicker is better right... no time to check them out...

In Australia when you order the new straps they send them out with a reply paid self addressed envelope so you can send them back the old ones :wink:
