Read the article!
It works just like any other mod chip.
Its attatched via double sided tape and is pressed against the board with a foam pad pushing against the case.

I still havnt heard anything about this since this article though which is annoying. I want one, and I dont even know if anyones making them yet!

Ya I'm 90% certain I'm going to get one of these when they are released, as there aren't any Wii games worth $50. Its either that or give my Wii away like I did my GC.
