Naruto trains with Kakshi after realizing Suske has gotten waaay stronger than him... Kakashi analyzes his chara and says he is wind type and the only other person in Konoha with wind type chakara is Asuma Sarutobi (shikamura, ino, choji's teacher) Kakashi says naruto should talk to him

so basically you can use wind techniqes iuf your in the hidden sand and wind village but it dosnt mean you ahve wind type chakara

i think kakashi has flame chakara
and sasuke has lightning
