My Wii Died - Won't play disc games

that scares the hell out of me.....I spent the 10000 wii points......gotta stop.

Sent mine in for repair. Got it back in about six business days. The Nintendo.com repair tracking listed it as follows:

Component Description-------Notes---Warranty---Amount
CONSOLE ASSY WHITE RVL-----------Yes---------$75.00

From what I gathered on a few Google searches, apparently this is actually a replacement of the mainboard primarily due to some kind of known overheating issue. I just hope it doesn't happen again.
