My month Live Trial??

Weres my Trial, i bought the xbox New and it came with a slip sayin i get a free month trial.
I made a gametag a few days before getting the 360 and i loaded up the box with my game tag, but only have silver, How i get it gold for the month they said

It should ask you if you want to use it when you are signing up. I love the free trials. If you just keep creating accounts you can get up to five months free.

You dont have to sign up to any subscription in order to get your one month free. When you try to sing up it will say "you qualify for 1 month free gold".

That would completely dismember the point of it being a trial.
