Nintendo probably wont do that because it wouldnt be safe for younger users online with all the swearing. That it probably the only reason since they would be making so much money.

X-box live has games that children AND adults play and there is a crap-load of swearing.

Trust me... You can't escape it...

Plus, you can report players for that kinda crap, too...
