I'm sure all you have to do is print out the picture of ur mii onto the iron-on paper, then u iron the pic to a white t-shirt and there ya have it.

oh right, sorry, mis-interpretation on me then..

as for the reply from prstud88, thats what the guy seems to be asking.

you say just print it out on a transfer, you cant print from a wii....

so i think to actually answer the question, it says somewhere on the site they have a designer who re-draws them from the wii images onscreen....(at least something like that, i didnt really read it, but it definately mentioned some one doing that)
