I don't think it has a limit....just more and more and more miis come.....I has 545.

Yes, there can definitely be over 1000 Miis in your Mii Parade. I don't think there is an actual limit, it just grows larger as more Miis come in. I think I have about 239 in my parade, but the last time I checked was about 1 month ago.
