Lots of Rupees?

So, I'm wondering if anyone has some suggestions for the best place (or way) to get lots of rupees fast. I keep needing to recharge my 'magic' armour.

I think that I've gone to most of the caves (ones you dig to and ones you smash boulders to get to).

Any suggestions?
