Sigh...unlocking prizes would be getting achievement points for completing side quests or certain things in a game and then being able to trade those points for unlocks and stuff. PAYING REAL DOLLARS for WII POINTS and then seeing if you win or lose versus someone (AKA GAMBLING)....is....gambling.

Its like paying for a VC Game then beating it for points.

Yes it would be gambling, as of right now, the only way to get Wii points is to buy them or to go with services like one I can't say, and a point is equivelent to a cent, (2000 Wii points=$20), so you are betting Wii points, pretty much money, and betting money for something is gambling, so, that would be gambling
