Japanese boy severs mother's head

i read about another instance of a japanese youth decapitating a peer in front the school where the two attended ... it was in the news recently (within last year) because the beheading took place several years ago and now the kid is back out of some long and specialized rehabilitation .. and from what i can tell he is trying to be reintegrated into society ...

..i think rehabilitation is a wonderful idea, and i would hope that it could work for anyone, even the most dissident.. as opposed to locking someone up and throwing away the key
