I would argue that it's neither, but the whole topic is debatable...
I would say that he's just using the site as a reference to what he's talking about (like when people give a source when they post new Wii updates for example). But I guess one could argue the fact that they are, in fact, 'advertising' it, just by posting it.

I'm not a member of any other Wii forum, but I do have a Wii thread on my other regular forum which has gone down well...its even a sticky.
