It's true, but it's worth remembering in Japan the swastika doesn't carry the same connotations as in the West.

I know, I'm not some ignorant westerner who automatically thinks EVIL when I see the swastika. I have heard it means peace in many Asian countries.

Unless it's clearly a Nazi swastika, you can't really say that it is.
