Gamespot and IGN are the first two that come to mind, but I'm not sure on the third. It may be 1UP or something. I usually don't read any others besides Gamespot and IGN though.

actually IGN reviews games on the virtual console, and they gave it a 10 out of 10 again...

I know they are two totally different types of games, but that is still impressive.
