I want a Wii so what do I need?

I am planning on buying my children and I a wii on boxing day but when I look for the packaging it seems it only comes with one remote control and one nunchuk (whatever that is LOL). How can we possible play with 2 people? Do I need to buy more stuff to start out? I am totally clueless so any help would be most appreciated!

For two players, you'll need to buy a second Wii remote and nunchuck controller.

Congratulations for buying a Wii mum23, u'll love it at least I hope, yes for boxing you need two controllers (another numchuk and wiimote)

for wiisports if you dont plan on taking turns you'll need a wii remote & a nunchuck & i noticed at gamestop nyko is selling there version of the remote for 10 bucks cheaper 29.99 usd & nunchucks are about 15 bucks
