How do you get the spoiler alert in your sig?

Put Spoiler tags around what you want to be spoiled.

Which is done by first bracket

Just put what you want spoiled in between both brackets.

When you go to User CP and on the side click on Edit Signature.

Afterwards you will get the message box and click on

and put what you want in there.
