yup permits in NYS. you can drive during certain hours of the day with a licenced adult

other states actually GIVE you your full licence at 16 (15 they get their permit) like florida i believe. for instance if you go to school and work, they allow you to have your licence

i didnt get my licence till i was 18 :sad: i always had my parents and friends escort me around which was cool because i was always the drunkest one and didnt have to worry about getting behind the wheel back then haha.

now im driving police cars and speeding and ugh the world isnt safe!!! :yikes:

but seriously it would be dumb on my part to buy a minor beer cuz in ohio if you caught thats a huge fine and up to 6 months in jail also if your 18 if a cop comes to your house and asks if he/she can come in say no cuz if you let them in they are allowed to look around. couple months back parents let them cops in to the house and they found kids (15-19) drinking well now the parents are facing jail time if your under 18 I think they can do what they want The_Lost_Cannon will know more I am just going with what i heard or know
