I was wandering how do you send the pictures that you take in Brawl to your computer. I know you need an SD Card, but I still can't seem to get them in my computer. Is it even possible?

You're 99.9% of the way there 
The only thing remaining is you need to go into your SD card while it's in your PC and convert the .bin files into .jpg files using something like this Brawl Snapshot Decrypter.
