To get one you just click that mountain button thingy.....and type in the website address of the image..
......to get one that's in "your saved pictures"....go to a hosting picture website like www.imageshack.us and click browse...select the picture you want, click host it, and vwala!

what luigi said pretty much is this
after you find a picture or a sig that you like, upload it using a site called www.imageshack.us there are others such as photobucket but i use image shack
after that, select the URL and go to the icon on your wiichat control panel that has a picture of a mountain and a sun on it. that will allow you to show your image.
if you would like someone to do your sig, please visit the design forum and request a sig in the sticky thread that i had made.
