ok when you see a picture you want to use, right click it and go to its "properties"

then copy the URL and then paste it into the image link like wiiwouldliketoplay instructed.

only works for online urls though, doesnt work for files on your actual computer unless uploaded

Yea to be honest, the rules about bumping are fairly debatable..
It is allowed in some cases but usually just gets deleted. There are tons of factors.
