Beat the game on hard but now I'm stuck on Before I forget on expert its pissing me off. I beat every other song on the list so far though.

Check what I wrote 8 posts back. Everybody with a passion for this game on Wii needs to get onto Activision and demand that they sort this out.
Compared to other versions the sound in the Wii version doesn't come anywhere close because somebody had cocked up royally

A lot of people will just not be able to tell the difference and assume that all this talk is just bullshit or some small problem relating to a few copies. But I've tested my pal copy and it has the same issue as on ntsc versions of the game. Mono sound.

Record that sound and you'll see it's not stereo. I wish it was but it's not.
Activision are begrudgingly admitting that there is a problem when you question customer service, but it's pretty much just them telling you that they are looking into it and there is no information right now.
edit: of course what i mean by 'see', is that if you compare both the right and left channels visually in a sound editing program.
edit2: Just like to point out that I recorded directly into my computer from the Wii.
