FLCL Manga

How is it? the anime was crazy good and funny, and was wondering if the manga is the same but more insightful as I had heard from other reviews.
Im into starting my collection and so far its just death note and want a lil bit of fun in there...

I just read up a bit on it and discovered that it was created by the same mind of Hideaki Anno, the guy who did Evangelion and that pshyces me even more.

has anyone else read them?

what it means or stands for, cuz FLCL is just short for the term Fooly Cooly (Furi Kuri)...
but describing it is on a whole different level, they even have a (sorta) hard time explaining it in the anime but they seem to get the point across if ya understand well enough

I have both volumes.
I love them a lot.
They don't really go along with the anime.
The anime and manga were made at different times, and the manga is a little more bizarre and has random acts of lesbian sex.
But uh... Still amazing.

Nothing wrong with random lesbian porn. Although I did like the anime better. Ecpecially the English Version. Everythings better in a language I understand.
