I'd say Metroid Prime for Gamecube, it was the game that got me into the metroid series. It was my first gamecube game and it was freaking awesome!
Everything was so detailed and polished, I had never seen a game like it back in that time.

Favorite game on a Nintendo, Secret of Mana, the game will never be beaten, probably the only game I've ever played that's perfect from start to finish and beyond.

I'de say Poke'mon red, just think it was something allot of ppl grew up i with. I was addicted. And i'de probably say Perfect Dark for the '64

NES - Super Mario Bros. Only game i really liked on the NES.

SNES - Super Mario World, closely followed by Starfox and Pilotwings.

SNES 3rd Party - Streetfighter 2 Turbo, closely followed by Shadowrun.

N64 - Goldeneye/Perfect Dark, closely followed by Zelda OOT, Mario 64, Pilotwings 64 and FZero.

Gamecube - Rogue Squadron 2.
