I just picked up "the Sufferer & the Witness" by Rise Against, it's awesome. Also, Bullet For My Valentine is an awesome band. I have a ton more bands I like, but you said favorite and those are my current favorites...

Both great bands no one has yet to mention...

I do like SOME (very little) of their music, they incorporate a variety of sounds into their songs, as well as make good choruses for their songs (then they make a crappy rest of the song :confusion: ).

I like a couple bands in my school (everyone can play some good old school guitar) and some AC/DC, rhcp (don't kill me emo haters) GH2 Trogdor, other videogame techno, LOTR soundtracks, maybe some sinatra. Hey, why not audio slave and coldplay(certain non-emo)? im pretty ecclectic
