Couldn't get into it the punishment for stuff is much too annoying but since learning how to duplicate I made a ton of money so I'm free to do what I want except does anyone know how to get lockpicks other than fighting enemies or pickpocketing (aka buying)

There is a man called shady sam just outside the imperial city.

Also, if you complete the quests for Nocturnal, you get an unbreakable lockpick
