100% Gimp

new file (150x95 to crop black boarders)
imported your file as layers
saved (during save - animated gif, accept option to crop pic outside of boarders).

ended up at 1.91MB, 302 frames

what took so long is that i crashed while uploading... i haven't rebooted for weeks... as usual.

ugh... i just watched the animation for the 1st time!... really, just now... that's a pretty graphic ending to me... :yesnod:

I tryed usein super to convert it to a gif but the quality is questionable (see the back round on the gif)

how can you make an avy out of this

You cant without getin rid of a load of frames

Got it down to 228 1.08mb
I could allways get it smaller if you dont mind me earsein a few more frames

if you scale the animated gif it really messes up the dithering... for kiraownsyourmom's gif, all i really did was crop it.

now the wario gif is downsized AVI... so the loss of quality was expected.

I kept it as is (one frame was uped to 40 due to its stillness in all frames)

it got a little jerky... just made 186K.
about 10k per frame... ( i did have 196K :smilewinkgrin: )
