:lol: - 992,621 its a GIF picture. (there's a lot of pics, like jpeg, gif, btmp, etc.) just google animations or gifs, etc. make sure they are 100x100 though, and some may not work, but there's a lot that do. and if you want one for forums or whatever, they can be any size. (100x100 for avatars)

I tried uploading a moving gif image of my avatar (The O RLY fox) and when I tried to upload it here as my avatar, it gave me this lovely message:
This is not a valid image file.
Even though I set it to 100x100.
