How the heck does it get soft boiled?

It still has moonlight and wish
An acquaintance of mine wants me to use a Wish Clefable in Rotation as Wish Chancey is impossible to get

It gets Soft-boiled through transfer...
Moonlight has low PP and Wish relies on Protect too much, IMO. Clefable already has four moveslot syndrome enough.

How does Wish work in Rotation, anyway? Will the Wish be applied to the Pokemon you rotate to?

That's good enough. Although Knock Off is the most unnecessary because it already learns it by level-up.

I have a Dragonite with both Dragon Dance and Aqua Jet that I can breed onto it. You don't need to give me the Egg moves if you can't.
