Does anyone know the following: I just bought a Wii here in California that I want to take to Nephew in South Africa as gift does anyone know if there are any compatibility issues or will just work?

sorry it wont work south africa use's the PAL system you in america use the NTSC system... i think you could get it modded but this voids all warrenty and i dont aprrove of it... when i say modded they put a chip in your wii and it lets you use it on the differnt system im not sure if this applies to PAL changing to NTSC...it also lets you get games est for cheaper...
