I would like to know your source for that list, I feel like it is false. Brawl+ is no where near gold yet so a tier list is pretty futile.

the only reason i don't like playing brawl online is because of all the lagg there is no skill involved... so ya unless both people have a good connection then its actually fun

RockerJ and his source, they just released a new version of the nightly build which includes the work of the PSA. Which even then made everything soo much different, so a tier list is never permanent for now.

Fever's got a point (what should I be calling you? >.>; ), there shouldn't be a solid tier list for a long time, and even though you did state it's a beta, I think a few amatuers shakily put it together. Wouldn't be suprised if it's a really old beta, either.
