Cant connect error 109139 Help pls :(

Hi when i tryed to check the weather was the error just popped up i have check the connection and could work i have replug my router and network dident work eather i have deleted all saves and thinks on my wii dident work eather cant even go in on wii options so i can fix the sensor bar and so really need help.

Error code: 109139
