You both need to add each other. The "Awaiting Registration" message means that the other person has not added you yet.

Doesn't matter where you're from, I don't think. Brawl's Friend Code system should still be the same.

Trago's correct, Friend Codes work regardless of what country either player is from. Also, players will remain unregistered until they are both online at the same time. Ain't sure if that latter fact is true for all Wii games, but it most certainly is for Brawl.

However, the FFA was so laggy that MR had to call a No Contest before any damage was done to anyone. ;_;
