I just passed the fire temple and of course my shield burnt up near the end. Whatever, the boss is super easy anyways...
My problem is this, when I purchase the Hyrule shield from the baby kid, I lose 200 rupees, I clearly see link holding up the floating shield and it says "Use Z to block" etc. But when I exit the store, I push Z and I don't have a shield and it's not on my back. Meanwhile, I'm out 200 rupees which is 2/3rds of my money. I tried buying the wooden shield and same thing, it doesn't work. Is there something basic that I'm missing here???
