I'd have to say Twilight Princess. Not because I'm a Nintendo fan boy, or anything like that. I just have total respect for the way Nintendo makes these Zelda games. They know exactly what is good and what isn't, and they make it beautiful.

My favourite part of any game, is the scene in Twilight Princess, in which:

Link carries a sick Midna through castle town on his back, while it is raining. There is also a beautiful tune playing in the background of that part, that just made it all the more powerful.
