A new Armored Core has been announced and is set to release in Japan on March 19, no NA release set yet. Dual platform 360 and PS3.

It's called Armored Core: For Answer and it's got much much larger levels than Armored Core 4 and it supports online co-op (awesome) and..................

that is one goreous game. when i saw this topic i was like "armored core? GAY" but now i want it just for those graphics!

I never really liked the Armored Core series, but I may check this one out. Plus, online functionality is an added bonus. Thanks for the info.
