Well, for one thing you don't have to put up with crappy emo music that plays automatically whenever you load a page. Plus you never have to squint to read the writing on the screen because someone forgot to use contrasting colours for the background and writing.

I don't like the customization aspect of Myspace. Everyone has ugly ass HTML that makes things difficult to read...and goddamn, the emo music >.>

I have a facebook for people I know personally only. Facebook is better than myspace IMO.
