nothing has been confirmed yet. we dont even know if its coming this year to north america. but we do know its coming out this year in japan. id assume its online because the ds version was. but really nobody knows.

Yeah nothing has been mentioned for North America.
If we were to get it this year it would be near the end of this year. If not, I say early 2009.
And I'm certain it will be online, how can it not be.
