Melee did not have such a dark mood and also the game felt much flatter than Brawl. Also regular Mario is there already!

Melee has as much 3d graphics as brawl so they could just put in a sprite like character like game and watch, birdo, or paper mario

i think mostly assist but i would like it if he was a character too my prediction he will be involved in story mode for D.K and diddy kong and in story for d.k he has to save diddy kong and if perhaps you use diddy you would have to save d.k but idk, i also think there is going to be a connection with ssbbto mp3 and smg just like luigis mansion and pikmin for melee
