480p

Hey all,

just got my Wii last week and have been pretty amazed so far. However I've been reading a few game reviews and they keep mentioning some display mode called 480p and how it makes the games look so much better. Can anyone explain what this is? Does it work in the UK? Does it work on all television sets?
