Waluigi will rule!

I managed to dump some sound files of his voice from my copy of Mario Kart DS so I've added some lip sync in there aswell.

At the moment, all it is is he walks in and says "Wahaha, Waaaaa!" and some a backflip :lol:

I think the 2 yellow buttons on his "overalls?" would be an easy detail to add...
and mabey slim the chin a bit...

The two buttons were the most noticable, actually. :lol:
(And the width of his body, too.)
